Enaam is an HR Policy & Strategy Advisor who has been on a 6 month assignment from Dec 2015 – May 2016 managing the KAUST Daycare operations and improving the services provided to the community. Enaam has experience as a Data Analyst through her work in the HR Learning & Development team, creating high level dashboards and reports through in-depth analysis of L&D data. She also worked on enhancing different HR processes using Six Sigma and other methods to simplify and improve them. Enaam has also worked as a Coordinator for L&D learning events, managing pre event and post event activities.
Enaam is an MBA graduate majoring in Human Resources Management & Public Sector Management from University of Queensland, Australia.
